Job Description

To provide support to senior staff in coordinating and scheduling potential new partnerships and potential sponsors that are categorized as a B2B offering services to reoccurring revenue businesses. This position requires cold outreach using various software platforms to connect with individuals within the industry while utilizing a CRM system to convert leads and prospects. Achieve monthly and quarterly metrics determined by reporting manager. This position has potential growth opportunities for a full-time Sales Manager position.

Individuals should be able to contribute to a good work environment and team culture. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain senior staff schedules of prospective partners and sponsors
• Maintain current CRM software with updated and accurate records of prospects 
• Provide a minimum of 300 new leads per month
• Convert a minimum of 5 meetings per week
• Prepare and complete contracts
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports prospects, conversion rates, and overall revenue

Qualifications

• Extensive communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and thorough.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with the processes of a CRM, preferably Pipedrive, is helpful, but not required.
• Knowledge of various lead generation tools is helpful, but not required.
